NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

1. HERE'S HOW IT WORKS: To enter, visit www.mashup.huruhumi.com from 12:01 PM (ET) on 6/24/08 through 11:59 AM (ET) on 9/1/08 and follow the on-screen directions to create and submit a HURU HUMI mash up video and enter the sweepstakes.
2. RANDOM DRAWING: Winners will be selected in a random drawing to be conducted on or about 9/8/08, from among all eligible entries received by D.L. Blair, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final.  Potential winners will be notified by email and will be required to provide their date of birth in accordance with the FTC Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act.  Upon receiving a potential winner’s date of birth, potential winners may then be required to provide the email address of their parent or legal guardian.  For each correspondence sent from D.L. Blair, Inc. to potential winners (or their parents/legal guardians), the required response must received within 7 days.  Failure to comply may result in disqualification.  Sponsor assumes no responsibility for undeliverable emails resulting from any form of active or passive email filtering by a user’s internet service provider and/or email client or for insufficient space in user’s email account to receive email.  Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received.  Prizes will be shipped approximately 4 to 6 weeks after winner verification.
3. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES: (1) Grand Prize – A collection of eight HURU HUMI toy products and a $1,000 gift card to a retailer to be specified by Sponsor (ARV: $1,240).  (100) First Prizes – A HURU HUMI prize pack consisting of 1 HURU HUMI toy, HURU Tshirt and HURU stickers (ARV: $35 per prize).  Gift card will be subject to terms and conditions of issuing retailer.  Tshirt size to be specified by Sponsor.  Prizes consist of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize.   Limit one prize per person. 
4. GENERAL RULES:  Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington D.C.  Void where prohibited by law.  Employees of Senario LLC, Big Fuel, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible.  All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.  No substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted.  Potential Grand Prize winner (or his/her parent or legal guardian if deemed a minor in his/her state of residence) must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability within 7 days of attempted notification.  Noncompliance within this time period may result in disqualification and an alternate will be selected.  Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate will be selected.  All income taxes are the sole responsibility of prize winner.  Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize for one of equal or greater value.  Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to Sponsor and its agencies to use winner’s name, voice and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.  By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges.  By accepting prize, winners agree to hold Sponsor harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize.  Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize.  Sponsor not responsible for typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prize.  In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control.  Sponsor: Senario LLC, 1725 Kilkenny Court, Woodstock, IL 60098.

INTERNET DISCLOSURE: Proof of submission is not proof of receipt.  Sponsor not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible or misdirected mail/e-mail or for any technical problems, malfunctions of any telephone lines, computer systems, servers, providers, hardware/software, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission or any combination thereof.  Sponsor not responsible for any damage to any participant’s computer system/software related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this promotion.  CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW.  SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.  Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed, or the like methods of participation will void all such submissions by such methods.  The sweepstakes may be cancelled, modified, terminated or suspended if infected by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes outside control of Sponsor which impairs or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this promotion.  Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, modify, terminate or suspend the sweepstakes.  In the event of termination, a notice will be posted on the promotional website and a random drawing will be held from all eligible entries received prior to the time of termination.
